CrimCheck can retrieve criminal records for you from any county or state in the U.S.. Unless you personally know the subjects address history it is suggested that the "NATIONWIDE ADDRESS and SSN VERIFICATION" service be ordered with the criminal check. This will establish the subjects address history, verify their SSN and insure that you are searching the counties in which the subject has lived.

County criminal checks cover the last seven years. If you need data from earlier years please specify this on your order form. There is an additional charge for searching back more than seven years.

All listed turnaround times are honest estimates of the WORKING days required to process a report. Some may take longer, some may be returned earlier. If the subject has a criminal record the time may be extended in order to manually check the records to verify the subjects identity.

FEDERAL COURT CRIMINAL RECORDS

Most major cities in the US have a Federal Court. Federal Courts have jurisdiction over Federal Offenses and Offenses that cover more than one state, such as drug smuggling, customs violations, interstate firearms violations, etc. It is conceivable that a person that is not a career criminal could have NO RECORD in a state court but have a record in a Federal Court. This should be considered when ordering criminal checks.
When ordering simply state the city(s) or county(s) in which you are interested. CrimCheck will search in the appropriate Federal Court. Federal Courts normaly have jurisdiction over the county in which they reside and many of the surrounding counties. The Federal Court Search will cover all counties within the jurisdiction of the court. Some Federal Courts charge extra for detailed records. If incurred, those costs will be added to our advertised cost.
